Well Chemo  (Mathatrexate) started last night late and it was not bad. Not much sleep though !
They will give a recrue drug for the nex 2 days to flush the Chemo out. Then back to the apt. Sat  am'

Next week on Wed  get the Amiamia  in the head (Easy)

Hi all. Sorry I ave been remiss (if thats a word?) with this there just lots going on! Today is the 28th of Dec. I have just checked in the U. W. Hosptital 8th floor Stem Cell divistion .  I am strarting a round of Methatrcate chemco that with end on Sat.. Then back to the apt.
The folowing Wed. I get an Amiya Oh Me Oh My Oh! :-) chemo in my resivore in my head. There will be 4 weeks every other week of this.   

Then the Stem Cell Transmanlant Starts!

The Chemo above is not bad. Really !     The big guns come later!!

I want to recomend a book for all do read. It is called the :

" Emperor of all Maladies" by  Siddhartha Mukherjee  its the bioghphy of Cancer!
Its is bacilly the history (4000 year old) of Cancer . You have read it !! Because you know , one in 2 people you know have it or will. Its a  it clones ! Mututates. Its in us. Its part of our DNA !
It is the one! that becomes many!

Hi all ! I am so sorry I have been busy with Doc appts ect. Please stay tuned as I will at more this weekend!
We are going to Portland for Christmas  (we did not go last weekend!) I has resumed a chemo thouhg a port in my head. Its not as bad as it sounds ! Really!  :-)

Got my double hip biop yester day ! Not to much fun ! Still sore today. Ill spend the day get blood draws and meetings all day.  mostly about culutures taken  to see if any bacteria is in me lurking .
I  have an appt tomorrow with a Neuro Doctor then we are off to Portland to see Marys family and my daughter and grandson ! :-) More later !

Great ! Mary and I have the long weekend off. We are going to a Polar Bear Birthday party and Piont Defience Zoo tomorrow!.Monday comes the double hip biopsy ! Sucks! But they will give me good drugs !!! :-)   Jim

 Hi all ! More test today . EKGs ,Chest Xrays. Met my Doc today She is from Israel . Smart cookie!
It was kinda of a meet and greet deal. She ran down the next 3 months of the game plan. More detials for follow. Jim
